Returns Policy

Due to the handcrafted and often personalised nature of our products:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind

  • Engraved or custom items cannot be returned unless faulty

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges

This allows us to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship while keeping our focus on quality and durability.

If Your Item Arrives Damaged

If your order arrives damaged, we will make it right.

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • We will ask for photos of the issue

  • Once reviewed, we will arrange for the item to be returned to us

  • We will then repair or replace the item at no cost to you

Our goal is simple: you receive a pen you are proud to own or gift.

2-Year Craftsmanship Guarantee

Every pen is backed by our 2-year guarantee.

This covers:

  • Mechanical faults

  • Breakage under normal or accidental use

This does not cover:

  • Ink running out (a spare refill is included with your purchase)

  • Normal wear and tear over time

If an issue arises:

  • Contact us via our website

  • Return the pen to us for assessment

  • We will repair or replace it free of charge

  • We will cover the cost of shipping it back to you

No proof of purchase is required—we keep a record of all orders.

How the Process Works

  1. Contact us via the contact form on our website

  2. We will respond and request photos if needed

  3. You return the pen to us (customer covers return shipping)

  4. We assess the issue and either repair or replace the item

  5. We ship it back to you at our expense

If your pen came in a wooden presentation box, we ask that this is also returned.

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances

  • Claims for delivery damage must be made within 48 hours

  • The 2-year guarantee begins from the date of purchase
