All products are handcrafted in County Galway, Ireland, using carefully sourced reclaimed and heritage wood, including bog oak.

Due to the natural materials and handmade process:

  • Each item is unique and one of a kind

  • Variations in grain, colour, and finish are to be expected and are part of the character of the piece

These natural variations do not constitute defects.

3. Pricing & Currency

  • All prices are listed in Euro (€)

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time

  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel or amend the order if necessary

4. Orders & Acceptance

  • An order is considered accepted once payment has been received

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of:

    • Stock unavailability

    • Suspected fraudulent activity

    • Incorrect pricing or product information

If an order is cancelled, you will be notified promptly.

8. 2-Year Craftsmanship Guarantee

All pens are covered by our 2-year guarantee, which includes repair or replacement in the event of mechanical failure or breakage (including accidental damage), subject to the terms outlined in our Returns & Repairs Policy.

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Ink running out

  • Normal wear and tear

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Druid Heritage Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income, business, or opportunity

  • Our total liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.
