All products are handcrafted in County Galway, Ireland, using carefully sourced reclaimed and heritage wood, including bog oak.
Due to the natural materials and handmade process:
Each item is unique and one of a kind
Variations in grain, colour, and finish are to be expected and are part of the character of the piece
These natural variations do not constitute defects.
3. Pricing & Currency
All prices are listed in Euro (€)
We reserve the right to change prices at any time
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel or amend the order if necessary
4. Orders & Acceptance
An order is considered accepted once payment has been received
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of:

Suspected fraudulent activity
Incorrect pricing or product information
If an order is cancelled, you will be notified promptly.

8. 2-Year Craftsmanship Guarantee
All pens are covered by our 2-year guarantee, which includes repair or replacement in the event of mechanical failure or breakage (including accidental damage), subject to the terms outlined in our Returns & Repairs Policy.
This guarantee does not cover:
Ink running out
Normal wear and tear
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Druid Heritage Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income, business, or opportunity
Our total liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.
