  • European Union – €10

  • Canada & United States – €14

All shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout—no hidden fees.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders are dispatched within 1 working day

  • Orders with engraving are dispatched within 3 working days

Orders placed before 2pm will ship the next working day

Each item is individually prepared, ensuring it arrives in perfect condition.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Ireland – Approx. 2 working days
    (Up to 4 working days for engraved orders)

  • UK, EU & International – Delivery times may vary depending on location and local postal services. While we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, all orders are sent via reliable courier services with tracking.

Shipping Methods & Tracking

  • Ireland – Sent via An Post (Registered Post with tracking)

  • International Orders – Sent via DPD (Tracked delivery)

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Duties

No pricing information is included in the package—ideal for sending directly as a gift.

Lost or Delayed Items

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days, it will be considered lost.
In this case, we will replace your item free of charge, no questions asked.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the item must be re-shipped, a new shipping charge will apply.
